P1Doks is an iRacing setup shop that sells professionally tuned data packs to sim racers. Their core problem was distribution: they needed a way to sell and deliver setup files that only paying customers could access. No public links, no leaking through a CDN, and no manual fulfillment. They also needed a desktop sync tool to keep customers' local setups up to date automatically. The whole backend had to be manageable by a non-technical team without touching code.
A full e-commerce and delivery platform built for their specific constraints: content managed without engineering involvement, payments tied directly to file access, and assets that are never publicly reachable. The desktop sync tool handles keeping customers up to date automatically.
We designed the platform around the client's core constraint: files should only ever be accessible to someone who has paid. Everything else — the storefront, the admin tools, the desktop sync client — was built to support that guarantee without creating operational overhead for the team.

P1Doks went from manual file delivery to a fully automated e-commerce platform. Customers get instant access to their purchased setup packs and the desktop sync tool keeps their local files up to date without any intervention from the team. The non-technical founders manage all content, pricing, and products through Directus without touching code.

P1Doks is a tight example of the right tool for the job: Directus for rapid CMS setup, Stripe for payments, and AWS for secure, scalable delivery. The architecture keeps assets private by default and scales without any changes to the application layer.
